How to make it happen.

I am asked all the time about how I lost so much weight.  I so wish I could give an answer that would sum it up in a nice easy package.  

I could talk calories and exercise and macros.

But today when someone asked me that a word popped in my head - persistence.


I can't tell you how many times I wanted to give up.  And I still have those moments.

And there have been and are days when I do give up and surrender.

But I have always - always - gotten back up.  Not 100% all the time, but just think - what if you are on track 20% more of the time?  What could you accomplish?

Persistence - the unwavering stubborness - that will get you there.  Giving up is not an option!
