My name is Jen. I have lost over 225 pounds and had surgery to remove my excess skin. Now I work every day on making healthy choices to maintain my weight and stay fit and strong in a crazy and challenging world!
Ok, well I guess we're all "special". But since losing this weight I keep getting told that I am "amazing". I really am not. If I can do this, anyone can. It's just a matter of setting your mind and going for it.
"Special" or "Amazing" or not... you are an inspiration! You show people that sticking with it is the only way to get to a goal, and that while it is extremely difficult, if you stay on the path to your goal you CAN make it!
I feel like we know each other well just through how much Jess talks about you. Thanks for the compliment! I truly don't see it, but one of the reasons I'm doing this blog is to help other people see that it CAN be done!
INSPIRATION....hell yes you are an inspiration so much more than the fitness models with nearly unattainable fat percentages and fake breasts!!! I'm so happy I just stumbled upon your blog. I've lost 80 through hard work and just had a TT with MR and a breast lift. The last 2 weeks have been hell. The swelling is hard, no exercise sucks, the worry about weight gain is terrifying. I identify with many of your feelings. Thank you for sharing. I'm going to pin your site. You are an inspiration!
