I just want to say CONGRATS! on losing such a significant amount. I am currently 90-100 lbs from my goal (I have a range in mind, not a specific number, we'll see how I feel when I get there) after just REALLY starting 2 months ago. I am currently tracking my weight twice a week, once on Monday and once on Friday so I can see how my weight fluctuates between the weekdays (good eating) and the weekends (when I'm more likely to eat poorly). I actually weigh myself every other day, or every day if I feel like I've done really good, or really bad, lol.

Like I said, I just came across your blog so you will probably get at least a few more comments from me as I read through, sorry in advance if that means you get a ton of e-mail notifications of new comments. :Djellybeanasmommy on MFPnoreply@blogger.com
