TRAIN. WRECK.

Ok, guys, it's confession time.  I am a train wreck.  I am having a HORRIBLE time getting back on track since vacation.

I am exercising, but have been eating TERRIBLE, especially the last 2 days.  My weight is way up, and I feel like I am mentally and physically spiraling out of control.

It's a little scary.  I literally have not felt like this since I started this journey and I'm upset, angry and frustrated with myself.

I need to get back on track, but motivation and self-control have taken an extended vacation.

If you could, spend a moment and send me some good vibes, please!!

  2. You... of all the people I know... CAN AND WILL DO THIS! There is no doubt about it...

Get back on the band wagon... you KNOW you can do it... tell FAT JEN to back off! You've beaten her before.

You may be off track for a little bit... but you will do this...

Have a little faith in yourself!! Give yourself some time to get back down on the scale... maybe it will take a few extra days... Hang in there!

  4. Hey Jen,
I have no doubt that you WILL get back on track. It's okay to take a short break, and you shouldn't beat yourself up about it. You are the strongest-willed person I have ever known, and you won't let a few extra pounds defeat you.
As an added incentive, I have some more clothes that I need to send to you, and I really enjoy seeing the pictures of you wearing them.
    You go girl!

  5. You can do this. Your commitment to your journey can't be undone just by a couple of bad days, weeks or months. As long as you keep going and don't stop, you'll get there no matter how miniscule the changes might seem. Take care and have strength in yourself.

  6. THANKS SO MUCH all of you for believing in me when I don't believe in myself. It truly brings tears to my eyes.

And Karla, the only time I wear classy clothes are when I wear your hand me downs!!! I LOVE them!!!
